Finally some real Hip Hop to review on here! There's a lot of people doing it all wrong but every once in a while a gem is discovered. This track came close to having the complete package of a perfect Hip Hop /rap song. The beat and vibe was golden era and the Rap flow and voice was on point. The instrumental was accompanied by ambient sound effects and overall created the mood for a true banger! The lyrics were abstract and storytelling without the use of profanity and typical mainstream dialogue. This is real art and I genuinely enjoyed the listen. Would have gave it 5 stars if there was tight record scratching turntablism involved as well. Overall this is the best song so far I've encountered on this site to review. I really love the concept if this song. I'm not sure if you were going for the vintage sound but you've accomplished it. There are some technical issues that i could mention but that would modernize the overall sound. So if you were not going for the vintage sound then i recommend panning the background vocals and add an envelop to the guitar and add reverb to the guitar and pan it also. Listen to your backdrops and delete the ones clashing with the lead vocals, remember less is more in certain cases. For the most part I would say you have yourself something, continue to improve this song as you go.

It was great my G, it reminds me of a fugees type of track. Talking bout pac and big gives the youth the insight of old hip hop as welll. Your singing reminds me of wyclef a bit too. Keep up the work and I hope every goes well for you in the near future.

Positive: great direction. Heart felt. Some of the Ad-libs you put in the song Negative: work on structure, grammar, and placing of words. Some of the adlibs were unnecessary and and didn’t fit. All in all it was a good song but not a great song.

This track is nice. The flow is a little different which gives it a slight advantage in the hip hop space. The lyrics are well thought out and the vocals are also on point as well. It might have been better if the artist used an original beat that way the audience would not expect that much. Tupac is a hard act to follow. If you use one of his beats for a song you had better be just as good or showcasing a style. Not a extremely bad try but the hook needs a little work.

This track was a surprise to me but the message in this joint was on point. I appreciate when an artist had more to say than what the norm is pushing today. I would have gotten someone to sing the hook to give it a more rounded out sound but the realness and the grit of the whole track allow it to work.
