Hello! Nice song! I would not tag as Rock. It's not really folk too, in fact I don't really know how tag your tune but Ireally love it! The guitar is good, your voice too. The sund is very warm and soft. Just you are not in stereo.I think a problem of recording. But it's a great job!!

Very nice voice

I like how the lyrics are very understandable. You have a very operatic voice. I like this mix of classical guitar and singing. You did a smooth move with this song. It is done with passion and it is very easy to listen to. The guitar playing is really sweet sounding and sound like it would be hard to play. You made it easy. There were a few time where the note was very close to being out of tune but I think it was just your style because you were not out of tune, just took a little extra time getting there. Nice job!

This song feels good

Yes this song does feel good which is why I want to listen until the very end. I love the jazzy feel and melody of this track. Great playing, sounds really effortless...keep writing, that’s some of the best advice I have ever gotten!

Voice critics

With a nice vocal it may turn into a smooth composition. Other than that, it seems a promising track. It would be useful if musicians have cooperated in order to get sound waves fusion working as one true piece of music.

yes

from your song you perceive a mixed feeling of sadness for the past times but also a feeling of hope for the world that will come, for what good has been done but also for all that there is to do, for the affections that there are no more but also for the irrepressible desire to give love, to fall in love even just of life and to prove it in every way possiible also through a chord of chords a guitar

Lovely Melody

Lovely lutey type sound to the main accompaniment, varying between major and minor type chords in a classic style progression. However does sound vary sparse, possibly needs another instrument to accompany. Plus not sure that the voice is the right type to go with this, some of the falsetto type passages are a little creaky and not fulfilled with much force. However very pleasant and would have on the radio if driving on a journey etc

Nice guitar, shame about the vocals

When the guitar intro started I thought, ok, that's nice, mellow picking....Then the vocals came in and killed it off. Flat, croaky singing. awful lyrics and completely out of touch with the music.

Performance and song writing is awesome!

Performance and song writing is awesome! But what's wrong with that audio file? Is it really mono? I got it only on one side and I crosschecked it with other sounds, that's no technical problem on my side. Bad minus, sry. But despite that, I mentioned it in the beginning: superb guitar playing and singing, it's just a bit poor to present it that way. You got to improve that. But musically on top! Rock on!

Sounds of the beach

Nice, seems very appropriate walking along a beach with a love one enjoying all the surroundings. It definately puts you in a relaxing state of mind. I can imagine the birds flying and chirping in the sunset.

Melodia

Nylon Folk

I find it a touch hard to write a review because I do not feel I was put on this Earth to judge anyone or anything. I will try my best to be as honest as possible yet still giving the positive deservingness the artist has earned via sharing his artistic expression. I am a bit of a Folk fan but as always sometimes I find corkiness with the lyric & vocal approach. This song has that standard corkiness within the vocal & lyrical approach one might find in many Folk songs. I love the nylon guitar though & I myself might like it much more if it was turned into an instrumental folk song. That's just me though. Over all it is a nice piece. Thanks for sharing & keep up the good work.

NICE TOUCH WITH THE ACOUSTIC GUITAR LENDING SOME AMBIENCE TO THE OVERALL SONG VIBE THE VOCALS ARE A LITTLE UNEXPECTED IN A NICE WAY ALTHOUGH PERHAPS THEY ARE TOO QUIRKY IN PLACES SOME STREAMLINING OUT WITH THE VOCALS WOULD HELP THE SONG BUT FOR A FIRST LISTEN IT IS CERTAINLY DIFFERENT TO WHAT YOU MIGHT EXPECT FROM THIS SONG HOWEVER IM SURE WITH REPEATED LISTENS THIS SONG WILL GROW ON YOU

...of what dreams may come are disappointments all...

David Doig-Beacon brings us Life Like a Song a melodic ballad of the late 60's tale driven pieces variety. From a listener's perspective there is some difficulty embracing the potential of this song. From the producer's perspective, there were many needs to stop the recording and make several decisions and corrections in the performance. Many parts were done out of time and several were off key. The performer truly ruined the whole presentation.

Beautiful Guitar Work

Life Like A Song is really well played. The acoustic guitar is sensitive and compliments the vocals. The lyrics are perhaps a bit cliched but there's nothing wrong with that in commercial songwriting. The vocals needed something more I feel and seemed drowned a bit by the acoustic guitar.

Vocal crowns ....

Who in this song ... do not succeed at all points to be heard quite right ... it is the only thing that I disliked in this so lyrical ... singular and demanding at the same time song ... very beautiful and the lyrics also ... the guitar is very nice and sensationally played with good classic sound as is necessary for such kind of Renaissance I would dare to say songs ... very nice harmony and rhythm that touches a few moments in the Latin shade of Bossanova and gives it to the song Especially wonderful and super coloring with effect to sweeten a great listening ....
