Merry Christmas from Dave Panico
Greetings and Merry Christmas,
Thank you all so much for the encouraging emails . Thanks for keeping in touch and enjoying the music.
I pray that you and your family will experience the true joy of Christmas this year and will be blessed. The true joy of Christmas is all about giving and not necessarily something that comes from a department store. The giving I am referring to is giving of ones’s self. Maybe try and do something for someone who is less fortunate or experiencing a loss. Do something to put a smile on someone’s face. Touch a heart. Spend time with someone . Call , do not text. The list is endless. I’ll let you on a little secret. The best part of giving of one’s self is the wonderful gift that you receive back. Its the joy that comes from doing something special for someone. Here it is from Proverbs 11:25:
A generous person will prosper;
whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
Do you need to be refreshed from the stress of Christmas preparation ? or from life’s pressure ? Well go out and touch a heart that may need comfort or encouragement. This time of year there are many.
The reason why we celebrate giving is because God gave us the perfect gift - his son. When Jesus was born, the three wise man also brought precious gifts to baby Jesus which consisted of gold, frankincense and myrrh. God demonstrated the act of giving of one’s self by giving his son to us. Jesus says that if you’ve seen him (Jesus) you’ve seen the father (God). The heart of Jesus is to touch people and refresh people with his love and grace. This brings so much joy to Jesus when he does this and brings even greater joy to his father (God). God wants you to experience that same joy so make it a habit of doing nice to everyone.
Last week my church ,Northland Cathedral. put on a great Christmas concert The event was filled with so much music variety that was a joy for people of all ages. I didn’t know but it was streamed, and I heard we had around 3000 watching on line. I look forward to this event every year. It great to be a part of such great talent and wonderful people.

The new song has been recorded but some tweaks need to be made. I want this to be at its best because it will be presented to contacts in Hollywood for possible submission for new movies. The producer I’m working with has some contacts in Hollywood. So, this is exciting. Please pray that the song does well.
