Hi i hope i find you well,welcome to Sam Hassle joining us in North Carolina.I was quite pleased with the reception for Cybergirl the last while;although for a song i wrote in 2017 it took a while, but as i said last year when i got out of hospital after the first surgery i tried to set some sort of goal around music to keep busy.I was almost two months altogether in hospital last year so it was quite a journey and obviously as i wrote not to be safe in hospital at such a time is terrible but maybe sometimes you have to surrender to how things are.Spending any time at all in Ireland with such a talent you were a marked man thus i spent so long in the Czech Republic .A radio station in Africa nam-radio are going to give the song some play.I did upload some of the feedback from some people in the music business in the blog, as you saw it can be quite subjective and conservative,probably the most interesting new song musically is Sonic Morning but i imagine that would be too original for many. I have started playing guitar again so i hope to do some recording in the next months.The last recording i did was in 2018 at the end of my masters, so there has been a few years with lockdowns and everything else it was quite a battle.To be honest songs like Song From The Road or Stone in Water could be great with a bit of work even adding a few synths in like Working Class Hero would be great.I would welcome any support you can give recommending the song online or i still buy songs i like on Itunes.
