A few adjustments

Helpful

I think you did a great job as a vocalist but it seems that your vocals are drowned by the strings. It seems like it's a live recording, not sure. In either case if your sound engineer could adjust the vocals to rise slightly above the strings would make a world of difference. It seems you put in a lot of work, keep it up and believe, all things are possible.

VERY NICE WORSHIP SONG!

I really enjoyed this worship song because you are lifting up the Lord and He is the only one who is Holy and Worthy and the only one who deserves the HIghest Praise! The musical background is also very nice. Hope to hear some more songs of yours of possible. Keep praising God and keep exalting His Holy Name. The only thing I would consider doing is maybe tone down the guitars a bit and consider adding an organ or keyboard as the main instrument heard in the background. But I loved the song and it really did bless me!

Exhaulting

Wow you rarely hear those kind of leads on a religious song. They work because of the mix. However they lose their impact because you her them almost continuously throughout the song. They work but the lead would have been more effective and memorable had the lead guitar been playing a riff during the verses.the mix could use a little work as the higher frequencies bleed into each other's spaces at the crescendos

I like this song

I like the song it has a Jewish flavor. Howerver the mixing could stand a little more work. The lyrics are good. I'm not a big fan of the rock flavor but in this case it works. I do recommend this song if you like the rock infused worship style.

Bad recording ...

For such a nice song with wonderful voice and lyrics ... classic rock music that is wonderfully nostalgic ... very good bass ... drums and guitars ... a song that I can hear with my imagination better Recording and making it really enjoyable ...

As an artist / singer songwriter, I'm not sure I'd release this recording. The first thing I heard is static; in an age of digital recording this is not acceptable unless your going for that effect because you're an indie low-fi artist and since this is more country rock it simply doesn't fit the style. Second, the recording is muffled and sounds like there's reverb over the whole mix...and why is there a lead guitar through the whole song? On a positive note, the song itself is pretty good but then again it's a cover so...

My thoughts on "Let Us Exalt Him"...

Helpful

To begin with, the recording has a noticeable hum which detracts from this wonderful song's beginning... That being said, it is a very nice song to worship and praise God with. The rhythm is lively and makes you want to clap you hands and start sing along. The lead vocals are clear and the words are simple and easy to follow. The lead guitar is too busy for most of this song, and would be more effective if it was used more sparingly... The melody of this song is the strongest part of the song, and is very pleasant to follow. I enjoyed this song, but think the recording quality of the mix takes away from the song's overall performance. I think this song is good, but could be much better if it was redone in a studio with more care to the final mix... Thanks for sharing this song with everyone. I'm blessed! In Christ/Michael D'Aigle

Let Us Exalt Him

This is a song that is worth singing! I loved the rock instrumental. I do find the low quality (low static), however, the re-master with a Wav file is not submissable on N1M) of the recording detracts from hearing the fullness of this quality composition instrumental. In any case, it is a wonderful worship song to send your heart & spirit soaring to the throne of God. I enjoyed hearing it and singing. I love the sound of this worshipper's vocal. It lifts the listener to be exhorted to worship 7 times a day and praise Him, For He alone is Holy. He alone is worthy of all praise. Thank you Chuck for your heart of worship in lifting His Bride to heavenly places in worshipful surrender.
