Cool acoustic
This song just proves that not all songs need full band arrangements. It translates very well with the simplicity of sweet vocals guitar percussion and harmonica, I love the harmonica. This song is a good listen lots of depth within its simplicity and it does make me feel proud that it is by Canadian singer songwriter, though I wouldn’t mind knowing your real name,great job!

Have listened to this instrumentaly based song a couple of times. Grabed me right from the start. Nice mixture with folk elements inspired by world music. This great song includes soft melodic harmonica impressions which comming at the right time. I also like the clear acoustic sound of the virtous played guitar. These studio recording unleashes the imagination in Quebec infused music style only accompained from the beat of percussions. The chorus and virtous guitar solo are a extra factor and brings more feeling into the music. Alain Héroux sings with a distinctive voice and soft vocal projection. The romantic passion of the lyrics comes from the heart and makes the meaning of the song engaging for me. The bridge is an extra factor and brings additionally beauty into the music. This song is definitely professional and very creative. The instruments are extremely good played from versatile musician. Very good mixed and perfectly well arranged. But why do I tell this? Because this is a wonderful folk-song and could be a radio hit. It´s original and I´m sure, you will also like to add it. Let others know your recommedation.

Great song...I love allot of things about this song..The lyrics are real and i can relate to them. Then there is the harmonica coming in at just the right times...I also love the live drums which gives it that heartbeat bass feel....And i cant forget to mention the harmonies, i love the melody also...I love the live feeling it has. Preciosa canción, me encanta la armónica y en general toda la música, interpretada con mucho gusto tanto la voz como los instrumentos. Todo muy compensado, quizá la percusión tiene mucha presencia para mi gusto, no se que usa, pero con unos bongos creo que hubiera quedado mucho mejor, aún así, fantástica canción. Beautiful song, I love the harmonica and in general all the music, played with great pleasure both the voice and the instruments. All very compensated, maybe the percussion has a lot of presence for my taste, I do not know what use, but with some bongos I think it would have been much better, even so, fantastic song.

This song's message is beautiful and positive. We have to choose happiness and following our free will. Many people that are unhappy build their own cages and create their own depression. The lyrics and music convey this message. Love the harmonica and percussive choices in the production. I enjoyed listening.

This is a beautiful song from top to bottom. The back bone of the track is a folk song that is smooth and easy to listen to. The modern feel to the track has come from the excellent production and musicianship. The key change comes late in the game with a rip on the harmonica, wish there was more of that but overall a great song. My highlights of the track are the occasional harmonies and great vocal delivery. Peter :)

Really nice
The harmonica line at the beginning, etc. is cool and makes for a nice introduction and filler part. I also liked the drums in that came in later -- that is a sound you don't hear too often. I'd recommend moving them more to the background when the vocals come back in, though. The lyrics are inspiring! Try to stay away from cliches wherever possible, however. I think I heard a couple in there.

Cool rustic vibe
The tune starts with a nice rhythmic acoustic guitar and the crisp and clean harp immediately adds a nice layer. Right at the point where I was hoping to hear some drum, a nice percussive beat enters the mix. The acoustic solo is tastefully done between the versions and fits very well. I have not listened through headphones yet to hear if there is more going on with this song than my ears can sense through speakers, but my one suggestion is to add some additional instruments such as a strong bass line or maybe a steel guitar. I am guessing the intent was to create a stripped down song, and that vibe is cool. Each layer that was added really enhanced the song so I would like to hear more counter melodies somewhere in the mix. Great work!

This song is interesting because of the instruments used, or in the way they were used. I would classify this song as "entertainment music". Music that you can listen to everywhere ... Even if the song surprised me personally, neither positively nor negatively - it still fulfills some points to evaluate it in the predicate good music. As I already noticed, I particularly like the use of the instruments as the driving and rounding factors.

Hi Amos. Nice song. You proclaim a great message. You seem to be quite a believer. Good lyrics. The music is good also; I like the combination accustic guitar, harmonica and drums. The harmonica sounds really warm: It warms you up after a long day spent at some kind of summercamp; you could really do good playing near a campfire... I also like the some kind of lush sound of the drums. Hot and cosy. What could have been done a little better would maybe have been a somewhat more elaborate composition. I love the instruments used in this song, so beautiful - and the recording quality is so good. Really pretty song. The vocals are wonderful, but I'd also love to hear just an instrumental version of this song too, I think it can stand on its own without vocals too. Great work!
