Great Song

I love the track...as I don't know what your target sound is, my only comment would be to lift the vocal tracks just a little and you might consider wetting them up a bit Again I say great song!!!

Great Song! Very peppy and catchy. I love all the different synth sounds and the groove is tight. Definately has a distinct flavor if you like that taste. Makes me feel positively good and I think maybe even I can dance to this one

Fun!

Fun intro, drum intro cool, nice little groove. Eighties vibe. Synth-pop sound, neat way to tell the story of Christ.Seems like a great Children's ditty. Overlay of vocals nice. Great use of effects, delay etc. High energy. If done with a slow acoustic arrangement, could be modernized or perhaps expanded in potential appeal if that's a goal. Isn't it weird how mastery of a style sometimes forces us into a box? While arguably dated, there is a place for all styles & eras of music with the internet being what it is.

Brucewaynebirch Uptempo Synth Song Rocks

Positive message song with a synth beat. The (drum) energy of this song can not and will not be denied. The contemporary Christian listeners should eat this up. Great vibe throughout the song with an interesting backing synth line. The overall mix of the song is very even and makes for an enjoyable listen..The interspersing of synth stabs thru the song helped keep my attention. If there is one concern I have with the song it is the amount of lyrical content crammed into a 3:42 song. While it gives historical perpective, from a pop song it takes multiple listens to "get the message". Kind of like a reviewer that goes on and on. (Me right now). Keep up the artistry and thanks for sharing your song for review. Very enjoyable!

STRAIGHT TALK REVIEW...

To begin with I like the funky- happy groovy beat. The rhythm of the song is very enticing and fun to listen to. I like the melody of the song, and your voice is right on target for this song. The theme/message of this song is great! I did have trouble understanding some of the lyrics. I think the only problem I hear with this song is cleaning up the "vocal mix" so the voice/lyrics shine. That can usually be done by spreading out the instruments and leaving the lead voice in the middle, or a little to the right or left of center. Or if that doesn't work well, move the instruments close to center and double track the lead vocals outside on the left and right. The instruments were just about right, and the moog sound is really cool! I like this song and think it's a good jam. Michael D'Aigle * I like your creative energy, keep it going...

Nice Uplifting Christian Rocker

Singer and songwriter Bruce Wayne Birch brings his inspired work to this retro rock feels with synths and a bit of clean punk. The message is very compelling and the lyrics are good with a ton of historical references that make sense and fit nicely. I could see this doing well in a movie scene or on Christian radio. The fade out is less than desirable for radio but the rest is quite nice and very likable! Looking forward to hearing more from this talented artist and songwriter.

GREAT JOB Y'ALL

GREAT JOB BRUCE LIKE EVERYTHING THAT MAKES THIS WORLD GO AROUND SO DOES THIS. IN TODAYS WORLD TO MUCH NEGITIVE LEFT TO RUN RAMPENT AND TRY IT'S BEST TO RUIN EVERYTHING THAT REAL MUSIC STANDS FOR. TRUTH AND BELIEVEING IN WHAT YOU DON'T SEE IS NOT THE SAME THING AS WHAT YOU HEAR. TRUTH IS FROM THE HEART THANK YOU.

how old?

bruce wayne teaches us that no matter how young or how old we are for a beautiful song, music achievement and contaminates besides leaving you ready for a nice day or a night of partying, whatever. The hypnotic voice alternating with synthesizers brings a very festive mood and lift our spirits. Long live the design and success

Driving sounds

Right from the start, I feel like this is reminiscent of many 80's acts in terms of instrumentation and arrangement. It's manufactured and sterile for an old rocker like me, but it is well-done, considering the production. The synth and drum sounds have all been done, so if you're looking for originality, you'd be hard-pressed to jump on this as is. Everything is clean in the recording. The vocals are clear. Again, they don't strike me as very distinct sounding, technique-wise, but rather generic. I don't want to discourage this artist from what they do, but I'd like to think that they will find room to raise the bar and get more adventurous. I think they have the potential to do more with the right producer and songs.

Questions questions questions...

Bruce Wayne Birch brings us How Old, How Young. I am not sure what the goal was in the task of recording this song but I suspect copyright lawyers may be sending cease and desist letters soon. I hear a couple songs being ripped off in this pop compilation. I am also not particularly thrilled with the mixing and mastering of these tracks either. They are heavily compressed and there is little to no dynamic range left as the meters are pegged and barely move until the song ends. I hope his plan includes covering your attorney fees...
