YONDA REVIEW

Very catchy and awakening lyrics and the beat flow ccombination is great. A song that can be used in positive films for activism and to divert people from lisstening to the garbage music out there and still feel the music in a hip way. The message is beautiful an I love the gospel chorus crossed with the hip hop flavor. blessings

Love the flavor of Yonda

I enjoyed how your rendition of a classic song. It has a nice groove to it as well as a strong message. Keep making Jesus famous. Your description of Heaven was great. No more crying there in Yonda. Amen

Outstanding music and wonderful creative expression. I love the production and the timely message. I believe the more flexible we are in interpretation, the greater our impact will be on the world.

Interesting and different

Brother Stanley's recording of "YONDA" is off the beaten path, a different and uniquely personal way to praise the God who calls us to heaven. The original lyrics float, steadily and determined, over a bed of sophistocated urban rhythm and bass. A couple of of my favorite lines are "The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing" and "Hope it's OK to act like a fool", (since we all do from time to time). The song provides a candid glimpse inside the mind of a mature black American Christian, nearing the end of his earthly journey. Shalom, my Brother Stanley.

A Unique Song.

Definitely a song that grabs your attention from the start. I would guess leaning towards a more political song than say the usual hip hop type genre gospel songs in the market. I understand how you are attempting to make the song your own as in standing out, which you have accomplished, but be careful not to lose the message of the song by placing too many distractions. But otherwise keep at it. God bless. Roger W.

In MY Opinion

Greetings, Thank you for choosing me to review your work, I count it an honor to be included in such a task. My hat is off to you and anyone willing to step out and share their gift, talent and love of music to the public. Be it a musician, singer, song writer, actor and so-on. I myself, via 40 some years of experience in the fields, on the road, in the studio, radio, TV, video, and management, consider myself to be a seasoned musician, singer, song writer, studio-sound tech/engineer/ owner/operator, stage manager, find it sometimes hard/difficult and perhaps not even fair to sit in a seat, voicing My Opinion concerning another's creative efforts. Especially in certain genres of music I am not all that familiar with concerning very important elements that make up and meet the required standards to justify the various levels of ratings and grades. So, in saying ALL that, I will limit myself to MY Opinion concerning the quality of the work according to My ears, and the standards I have been familiarized with thru-out the years. I hold to the old - saying " Beauty Is In The EAR of The Beholder ... LOL. The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the message in this song.Think about a music solo break to step away from vocals for a short period in future works. Vocals are smooth and natural, sort of - down to earth as they say, and extremely peaceful. The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way. Either way, I say to you, keep doing what you do, keep kicking and enjoying what you do. I tell folks all the time for many years. When it stops being FUN, then it's time to stop, and stand back and think about what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we are doing it, what we and others are getting out it. Is it what we want, and how we want it. IF NOT. what are willing to do from there? Thank you again for asking MY OPINION. Johnny

YONDA

This song caught by surprise from the intro to the meat of the song. It's catchy and defintely radio friendly. This is a hit song. It takes the topic of death to pleasant and joyous feel. Wow, the writer is a musical genius. I am in love with this song. It crosses several genres of music. The music can be used separately as well. This can also be used for movies, with or without the lyrics AWESOME! This song puts me in memory of a scripture in the Bible. God says that precious is the death of his saints but those of us left behind see it as loss. This song adds that kind of positive perspective about death. This song is so amazing.

Yonda

This was a good track,i like how you incorporated the dance flow along with incorporated imunissive tones and regional dialect along with the rhythm structure, sound Good! Glory to God ! HALLELUJAH Father God ! God bless you for allowing the Father to speak to you through your music most definitely through you! amen

Yonda

I really like this track. It has a hard beat with a hard bass line. The message is straight to the point. When we get to heaven, there will be no more heartaches and pains. We won't have to cry no more. This is why I really like this song. It's different with a hard beat and catchy hook.

Song review

I like it. Yonda was something my grandparents use to say. Then I like the lyrics. It's very true saying. Facts! Good sound. Nice beat. Really good structure. Looking to hear more from brother stanley

Good work

I love the concept of this song. The structure of the beat is very good. I would put a little more in the performance side (lyrical content) and the mix. But I love tone of the track. Great job, keep up the good work.

Thought the beat

I wish the whole beat stayed in the tempo of the intro...was kinda let down when it changed u could loop that part of the beat and kill it....neverthe less auto tune wouldbhave taken this track up a bit

Keep Pushing

Hello Brother Stanley, and blessings to you. just listen to your music. Keep pushing and moving forward. I think there are a few things you can do to make your sound better, and more professional.
