About Blues Battalion
Fred -lead/rhythm guitar & vocals - -I have played for 50 years, write a lot of my own tunes, played in many bands, and have started Blues Battalion many years ago. We play cover tunes and original songs, and play in many genres, but mostly blues.

Mike Kelley
Mike has played with me (Fred) for many years in one way or another. We met years ago when we both took a jam class at a local college, and have played together for many things, including teaching that jam class later. He played bass with us when that was needed years ago. He is an excellent blues guitar player, and takes many of the solos with us now. He has also written a few of the songs we do. He has become my best friend over the years and although not always with the band, he has always stepped in when we needed him.
