Just A Little More Punch
I almost want to leave a similar review. The production is already slanted in the right direction and the instruments have quite a bit of punch, but I'd want to bring the instrumental up a bit particularly the kick, rimshot, and just a bit more volume/distortion to the bass. Just adding a bit more character to each instrument, but the plugin strip for each instrument already has the timbre of character you're looking for, just say if it's an overdrive turning from 3 to 4 dB say, adding a little more reverb and distorting the piano a bit, maybe with the vocal samples playing with layering different pitches, again some reverb. But this is a beautiful song both lyrically and instrumentally.
