Glad I found this track feels like Radio head after being bit by a Zombie an interesting experiment which makes me want to hear more from Bern. Sounds like Bern had fun putting this together clever reference to one might think as life flashes before ones eyes this lends it self to produce the video ... but sort of makes one play in your imagination. OK turn the lights down low put on the over ears and let BERN take you on a mind trip .. or two I found my self playing it a few time great work

Nice strong piano lead, I like the production sound and mix of sounds and drums I can feel the heart in this showing you've put in some dedicated work on your art. More artist should study the roots of their culture of art more to be better at their own art. Keep up the good work and stay in the lab creating new material to stay fresh and on your toes. You only have a couple of minutes to think about it.the music is well managed with great effects of the terror of an upcoming Zombie attack...I enjoyed every momment and could visulize what was going on while listening to this well produced piece of music...go Zombies !! =========== Bit By A Zombie, de Bern ... commence par une bonne explication pour vivre par .. piano, found sound, industrial grinding percussion create a beautiful creepshow of auditory dreams. I like the radio transmissions and various found sound wavefiles blended into the masterfully done mix. It's a must spin, just to experience this cool jam is like sitting though a short film. 5 stars

It comes in creepy I like it it has a night of the living dead feel to it and as it comes in it slowly builds the mood, I like the slow motion vibe to it and is interesting sounds like it can be in a movie I think it’s cool

Bit By A Zombie is A weary interesting peace! not like any thing I ever bin listening to before, most hora movie`s cant compete whit this, the music is newer boring, but to experimental for most people I think, mainstream is clearly not, watt Bern is trying to be. the beat is always chancing, whit A lot of drums - think there is A rel drum set in use her. The vocal is great, remind me A bit of Marilyn Manson I love it. some Hollywood instructor shut ear this.

So I just found out how to choose the genres that I review, and I've got to say that I am excited to be reviewing something labelled as "experimental". The intro was wonderful and made me excited to see what was coming. The layers of melancholic piano, screams, and disjointed percussion was incredibly compelling. Then the vocals came in. While the vocal melodies were nice and give the listener something to grasp onto, I guess the subject matter isn't really my thing. I appreciate how the subject matter was approached, but the whole zombie thing feels like a gimmick. Personally, I would enjoy this song much more if it were an instrumental, I feel like that it would be stronger that way, or at least something that I would enjoy listening to several times. I love the instrumental breaks, but the whole zombie thing makes it feel a little cheap. The ending, where the narrator is becoming a zombie, seems a little bit over the top. I also feel that the song would be a bit stronger if that part was pulled back in the mix some instead of being in the forefront like the rest of the vocals. All things said, I'd be very interested in hearing more from this band, as I think that they are more than capable of coming up with some intriguing ideas.

Bit By A Zombie starts off with an intro centered around a piano melody played over a collage of screams of pain and fright, along with a voice speaking via walkie talkie about evacuating a building. From here the song goes into the first verse which is created with a loop of the piano accompanied with noises serving as a drum pattern The lyrics are about a man who is bitten by a zombie, and the singer literally talks us through the most cliche idea of what it must feel like to be changing into a zombie. The song is like this review, bland, way too descriptive, and generally amateurish. The only reason I gave the song 2.8 stars is because I guess the guy, or guys who made it weren't taking themselves too seriously since they added it to the experimental genre section (which it is not, it's a piano melody with a bunch of noise in the background) Since the song has so little going on it you will listen to the lyrics crystal clear, and to say they lack imagination wouldn't even begin to explain how little effort was put into writing them, at least I hope there was very little effort put into them, because if this is not a first draft, then our lyricist, besides being an average singer, is a horrible writer. I really hope that the parties involved in making this song made this song this on the nose on purpose, because if anyone thought that this was anything more than a one take shake kinda deal then my rating should be even lower, but because I think the guys, again, I THINK, these guys know exactly what they are doing I give it 2 stars. I would never listen to this song again on my own.
