Ken MacDonald Is a singer-songwriter recording artist and has toured nationally. Wheather performing a single, duo or in a full band performance. MacDonald’s vocals and easy country style lay comfortably over acoustic ballads or electric country rockers. Ken proudly pours on the twang in his independent EP. This EP a blend of country pop folk is a tribute to MacDonald’s passion for great songs and showcases his growth as an artist. He released the song Tell Me She Cries to local radio in 2010 and had sucess with a top 10 placement in the Mike Pinders Song Wars songwriting competition. Produced by Jason Roller and recorded and mixed by Jason at his studio Magic Shack Productions in MurfreesboroTN. This EP kicks off with the first of six original compositions an upbeat inspired country rocker “For You” followed by the quick witted “Sweet Peach Puddin Pie” The ballad "Tell Me She Cries" follows. Closing out the EP is the well crafted "Beautiful Thing To Do" a hidden gem "Your With Me In My Heart" and the self-effacing tune and the CD’s title song "Drive". Born in Wiarton Ontario Canada Eh POP 2500 its no wonder that Ken has a knack for penning country tunes. My influences reach far and wide. As a kid I listened to AM radio soaking up the sounds of pop and country.

The Blacknile is a multi talented artist from the southeast side of Cleveland, Maple Hts., Ohio. He writes, sing, rap, produce and records his own musical compositions.
