Songwriter VocalistSwainatra Biography Rapper (1993 - ) Jaquez Lenard Swain is an American rapper and songwriter best known for his dirty sprite turn up music and his dancing abilities akin to the King of Pop Michael Jackson and his affiliation with Paper Cut Gang. Synopsis Jaquez Lenard Swain who performs as Swainatra, was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida on February 12, 1993. Rarely do you find people that dance, rap, sing, and act that also does it great! Swainatra came into the industry with an original and diverse style, you can't put a label on Swainatra because he does it all. Since the age of 1 years old, people knew that Jaquez had something special about him. At the age of 15, Jaquez began taking his music career serious. Jaquez started dropping mixtape songs to create a buzz and create name recognition. Originally known as "Swain Boi", eventually morphed to Swainatra based on one of his greatest inspirations, Frank Sinatra. Jaquez first joined hip-hop group Famous Kidz headed by rapper, Famous Kid Brick, known for his single "I'm On It". Not long after he and a couple of the guys from Famous Kidz and a few other aspiring rappers formed a group called Paper Cut Gang. With the release of two successful mixtapes “Real Villains” and “Welcome to The Zoo”, he began to receive notoriety in the Tampa Bay area. As a solo artist, Swainatra has released a few projects. “With Luv”, “With Luv, 2”, “The Transcendent” and his latest release, “The Voice of Swainatra”. More than a half of a million views on YouTube, over 50,000 streams on SoundCloud, and holding a Top 10 spot on Reverbnation Swainatra promotes a diverse style and unique approach to hi-hop. Swain is now a part of the all-star roster on Apex Entertainment Media Group and currently working on his new project that is set to be released summer 2015.

Actor Songwriter VocalistFebruary Spotlight Artist: Zxggy Akeem Weston is a rapper who was born in Columbus Ohio and despite how his life started he is determined to make the rest of it the best... With any person there is always a story, and like any other person Akeem is no stranger to the obstacles and trials that life offers. When he was only two he was given up for adoption and if that wasn't rough his adoptive mother later died of HIV/AIDS. After her death he was sent to live with his grandmother in St. Petersburg, Florida. He now resides here and even though he has adapted to his situation. Akeem's life has been anything but smooth, he has battled with depression stemming from his mother giving him away, his mother and grandmothers distaste for one another, and dealing with the fact of not knowing who his father was. His mother and grandmother's constant quarrels resulted in young Akeem being left at his mother's door step when he was eight years old, but all incidents from Akeem's past have done nothing but motivated him to make his life better. When he was in the seventh grade he started rapping and adopted the name Zxggy. Since the seventh grade and up until now he has dropped over ten mixtapes. His latest being PlanetHollywood. In 2010, Zxggy formed the rap group, Paper Cut Gang (PCG). But he recently left PCG in early 2013 to pursue personal endeavors. He still considers them to be his brothers to this day though. When you think about what his content is you can see that Zxggy raps with the pain and pride of a man who has gone through so much. From feeling unwanted by his own family, sleeping outside in the cold, to selling drugs to survive. Zxggy has a rough story to share and despite his trials and tribulations, He knows that his music is rare and unique. Kind of like his style. He doesn't seem much like a rapper but neither did Lupe. His personal goal is to awake his listeners when they're listening to his music and give those people a flare that no other can achieve. He is confident, determined, and he means business as he showed me just how hungry he is. I appreciate Zxggy for staying on me days after he had submitted his information. He kept me on my toes and it showed his hunger.I have to be honest and say, that he reminds me of a younger Wiz Khalifa and his style further confirms that for me. He won me over with his song, "Pussy is Power" and following close behind was "Max" a song about being on that maximum level. The turn up is real in that song and the production is sick. Shoutout to the producer Hipa Holics. I can't wait to see what Zxggy has in store for this new year but he is definitely someone to watch for.

Synopsis Jerry O’Neil Green Jr., who performs as Jerry Nova, was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida, on March 14, 1993. Jerry was raised by both parents Jerry Sr. and Twanta King along with his siblings Lajuan and Laquan. Jerry developed a passion for music at very young age. After witnessing his fathers’ murder in the summer of 2005 Jerry’s entire outlook on life forever changed. As his passion for music grew stronger he sought an outlet to foster his talent and joined Everyone's Youth United Marching Bobcats a non-profit community organization aimed at structured activities for inner-city youth. Jerry also began to write and eventually accumulated a collection of more than 200 songs. During the summer of 2009 he joined his childhood friends in the rap group Paper Cut Gang under the moniker Spiff. After graduating from Gibbs High in 2011, Jerry and three member of PCG attended college in Orlando, Florida. While at college Jerry continued to write songs that captured his own personal growth as an artist and a man. Assuming the stage name Jerry Nova to represent the transition of teenager to young man served a dual purpose, such as the decision to release some of the mature content he had written throughout his career. Jerry has graced the stage with several rap and hip-hop greats. Jerry is featured on several tracks. Jerry and fellow group member Sheddrick Lester released the project “Live and Learn” as a duo. The project consisted of mostly chill and zone hip hop. During the hiatus from Paper Cut Gang, Jerry and group member Justin Harris teamed up with Fame of House Party to form Nappy Head Kings, after releasing one EP, Jerry resurfaced as a solo artist. Jerry began working on his first solo project in 2014 and currently anticipates a 2015 drop date.
