    The city of Palm Desert celebrates the kick-off of FREE "Spring Concerts in the Park" with Grammy nominated band Ambrosia on Thursday, May 3rd @ 7:30pm at the Palm Desert Civic Center Park. Sit back, relax and enjoy live music under the stars. Food trucks are on hand to offer up mobile culinary creations, or concertgoers can bring a picnic along to enjoy with the show. Alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the park. This is an 'all ages' event. Civic Center Park is located at the northeast corner of Fred Waring Drive and San Pablo Avenue.
