Introducing Ken "Krazyfingers" the driving force behind the heavy metal solo project known as 4WARD. Hailing from the small town of Kapuskasing, Ontario, Canada, Ken is a multitalented guitarist, instrumentalist, producer, and recording engineer who has carved his name in the music industry over the past 25 years.

With a solid foundation in hard rock and a penchant for heavy metal influences, Ken has meticulously crafted his own original sound, incorporating a variety of styles. His musical journey has led him to share stages with renowned acts such as Foreigner and Grand Funk Railroad, where he had the honor of performing as an opening act. Ken has also collaborated with emerging Canadian rock artists, further expanding his musical horizons.

The seeds of Ken's musical passion were sown at the tender age of 6 when his mother gifted him his first guitar. Since then, the guitar has become his instrument of choice, but his journey has seen him master several other instruments along the way.

In 1996, Ken pursued formal training at Cambrian College, where he honed his skills and acquired classical expertise. This classical foundation, combined with his free-spirited shredding technique, allowed him to seamlessly blend genres from blues to metal, ultimately developing his unique "Shredtastic" style, which garnered recognition.

In 2004, Ken made his mark in Kelowna, BC, by hosting the renowned Open Jam Nights at The Greatful Fed. His exceptional talent and undeniable skills caught the attention of local music enthusiasts, earning him the moniker "Guitarded Shredder" and solidifying his presence in the vibrant music scene. Thus, the name "Krazyfingers" was born. Seeking greater exposure, Ken relocated to Vancouver, BC, to pursue his passion on a grander stage.

It was during this time that 4WARD officially took shape when a fortuitous Craig's List advertisement caught the attention of the talented vocalist Tyler (expired link), they embarked on a musical journey that led them to perform at various Canadian venues and collaborate with upcoming artists. Though the search for like-minded permanent band members had its challenges, Ken's unwavering determination kept the 4WARD project alive and propelled him forward, as he continuously honed his distinctive style and pushed the boundaries of his musical prowess.

Witnessing Ken's steadfast commitment to his vision and the longevity of the 4WARD project is truly remarkable. His ability to evolve and develop his skills while maintaining his solo endeavor is a testament to his dedication and passion for music.
